I am a lifelong athlete who loves to inspire and motivate people worldwide. I am from Los Angeles, California now residing in San Francisco, California. My family currently resides in Los Angeles. My whole life I have been an athlete and raised in a household full of athletes. I started off dancing for 8 years which included jazz, tap, hip - hop and ballet.
I had a change of interest when my dad signed me up for the YMCA basketball team when I was in the eighth grade and I immediately fell in love with it. I attended Bishop Alemany High School where I participated on the Varsity volleyball team and a short time of track and field. I stopped playing those sports to focus 100% on basketball. I hooped year round from my high school team and AAU ball in the summer time. I was determined to play collegiately on a full scholarship so I knew I had to put all of my effort into it. One of my favorite moments of my high school career was winning the CIF and State championship my senior year.

I started my college career at Cal State University Northridge (CSUN) as a freshman then transferred to Holy Names University to play basketball on a scholarship. I transferred back to CSUN where I graduated in May of 2019 with a degree in Marketing and Communication Studies.
I found an interest in lifting while playing on my basketball teams. I loved how I felt after my lift sessions and I was amazed at how my body transformed. The more and more I lifted the stronger I became physically and mentally. My passion for a healthy lifestyle, sports, and my successful athletic background is what motivated me to start my own fitness business “MSFIT”. My mission is to be the best and healthiest version of myself while helping others do the same. I want to share my knowledge with everyone who wants to get stronger, healthier , and being comfortable in their own skin!
